The Jackowiak Rondeau Champagne Cuvee Tradition Brut 750ml is a dry white champagne featuring the Polish Emblem on its label. This exquisite champagne is crafted in the Rondeau family vineyards using a blend of Pinot Meunier (55%), Pinot Noir (30%), and Chardonnay (15%). With its elegant and delicate qualities, including a light straw colour, subtle bouquet, and low acidity, this champagne is perfect as an aperitif for any occasion.
This champagne represents a beautiful blend of French winemaking expertise and the history of Second Lieutenant Władysław Jackowiak, who participated in the September Campaign. Following the war, he married Miss Rondeau and was gifted a portion of the vineyard in AOC Champagne, which became the birthplace of these remarkable wines with a Polish touch, symbolized by the crowned eagle on the label.
