Volunteers make up 100% of the team that keep the Co-op thriving. Volunteers are the glue that keeps the Co-op together and our community alive.

Your willingness to give up your personal time to support your Polish Club is greatly appreciated. The Co-op relies on 100% volunteer power for running all parts of the club. Primarily we need volunteers to help out in the bar, but there are also many other roles in electric, cleaning, plumbing, venue safety, gardening… We welcome everyone who wants to volunteer, no matter what their availability is. But to make it relevant and enjoyable you should be able to commit to a minimum of 4 hours per month. This ensures that you get the most out of the experience and also that the time we invest in training you is well spent. Many volunteers offer more time than this and we’re sure you’ll find that you will get a lot out of the experience.

Once you have filled out your expression of interest, we will schedule a one-on-one interview to cover our volunteer contract and induction requirements. Please be aware that certain positions require government accreditation to perform work, even within a volunteer capacity. These requirements are outlined under each volunteer position.
